Returns and Refunds
1. Eligibility
We accept returns/exchanges ONLY for:
• Manufacturing defects (e.g., loose joints, broken parts, material flaws)
• Damage sustained during transit
• Incorrect item received
Not Eligible For Returns:
• Change of mind/dissatisfaction with color/style/material
• Minor imperfections not affecting functionality
• Damage from improper use/mishandling
2. Timeframe
• 30 days from delivery date (evidenced by carrier tracking)
3. Return Process
• Contact Us: Initiate return via support@hello5ive.com within 30 days
• Provide Evidence: Include photos/video of defect(s) and order number
• Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days
• Return Shipping: We'll email a prepaid return label if claim is approved
Inspection: Allow 5 business days for quality verification after receipt
4. Refund Options
• Full refund to original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)
• Store credit (+10% bonus if chosen)
• Replacement (subject to stock availability)
